Lazar Georgiev is a member of the Real Estate Team at Pitkowitz & Partners, specializing in real estate and construction law.

He brings extensive practical experience from renowned Viennese business law firms as well as from the construction industry. His previous roles include working in the legal department of a prominent property developer and serving in a management position at an architecture firm, giving him valuable insight into industry-specific processes from a business perspective.

Lazar Georgiev earned his law degree from the University of Vienna, complemented by an additional diploma in real estate and construction law, and is currently continuing his academic work with doctoral studies.

With his interdisciplinary background as both an engineer and a lawyer, combined with a hands-on approach, he is a valued advisor in complex legal matters related to real estate.
