Marlene Maurer is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at Pitkowitz & Partners.

Before joining Pitkowitz & Partners, she worked at a renowned Vienna-based business law firm, where she gained extensive experience in the areas of litigation, regulatory, and intellectual property. In this role, she advised both national and international clients, ranging from strategic counsel to the handling of complex proceedings.

She completed her law degree at the University of Vienna in 2020 and successfully passed the Austrian bar exam in May 2024. During her studies and her judicial clerkship at the Vienna Higher Regional Court, she gained valuable insights into civil and commercial law as well as court procedures.

Drawing on her diverse professional background, Marlene is adept at quickly analyzing complex matters, setting clear priorities, and implementing solutions effectively. By actively contributing to client work, she plays a key role in the efficient and strategic handling of challenging disputes.
