Rafael Wieser is an Associate in the Real Estate team at Pitkowitz & Partners. His practice focuses on advising clients on all aspects of real estate and construction law, including commercial tenancy law, transactions, development projects, and the litigation of real estate-related claims.

He has gained broad practical experience through positions at leading Austrian commercial law firms and through his work at the Court of Justice of the European Union in the chambers of Judge Hesse. He also acquired valuable insights into corporate legal processes while working in the legal department of a major insurance company.
