Founding Partner Dr. Nikolaus Pitkowitz and Associate Marlene Maurer once again held a lecture at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) as part of the course International Commercial Arbitration in the Master’s Program in Business Law. This year’s session focused on “Setting Aside and Enforcing Arbitral Awards.”

The lecture provided students with a practice-oriented overview of the procedure and grounds for setting aside arbitral awards under Austrian law, as well as the recognition and enforcement of awards under the New York Convention.
