Partner and Practice Head Martin Foerster gave a presentation at the annual ÖGSW Real Estate Conference on contractual aspects of the transfer of property. A special focus of the presentation was, among others, the landlord’s right to increase the rent in case of a sale, as well as the protection of the donor of a property by way of easements and usufruct.
