Founding Partner Nikolaus Pitkowitz and associate Caroline Strohmeier recently returned to WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) to once again contribute to the International Commercial Arbitration course within the Master’s program in Business Law.

In their session on Setting Aside and Enforcing Arbitral Awards, they shared practical insights into the Austrian regime for challenging arbitral awards as well as the recognition and enforcement framework under the New York Convention.

For Nikolaus and Caroline, it is always a great pleasure to come back and engage with such an ambitious and active group of students and to revisit these topics from a practical perspective each semester.
