Ing. Mag. Eva Fitzka is Associate in the Real Estate practice group. Her area of activity includes commercial and private tenancy law with a special focus on shopping centres, from drawing up contracts to administrative matters and legal fees.

Eva Fitzka has also gained extensive experience in insolvency law and worked for a prestigious Viennese law firm before joining Pitkowitz & Partners.
