Pitkowitz & Partners is silver sponsor at the Consensual Dispute Resolution Competition (CDRC Vienna), which takes place from July 10 – 14, 2021. The opening speech of this event, which is unique worldwide, is held by Dr. Nikolaus Pitkowitz.

CDRC Vienna was founded 2015 at the initiative of Dr. Nikolaus Pitkowitz. At the invitation of the IBA and VIAC, students from 18 international universities and 50 top experts in the field of mediation and negotiation will participate. Students will be able to showcase their mediation and negotiation skills in multiple competitive sessions during which they attempt to reach an amicable solution on the Willem C. Vis Moot case. The students thereby receive feedback from leading practitioners from around the world.
