Nikolaus Pitkowitz will be participating at the "Room for Debate" event, organized by Lee & Ko as part of the Seoul ADR Festival 2022 on 8 November 2022. Some of the world‘s leading arbitration experts will discuss topical and controversial issues in a cutting-edge format consisting of three short back-to-back debates, with one speaker in favor and one speaker against a proposed resolution. Together with Steven Lim, Nikolaus Pitkowitz will debate on the topic "Resolved: That merits hearings should give greater priority to oral arguments from counsel than testimony from factual witnesses."
